1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
8 ounces cream cheese , softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
5 -6 drops green food coloring
1 container frozen whipped topping , thawed
Andes mints candies , unwrapped and chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Bake the pre-baked pie crust according to package instructions and set aside to cool.
