Ingredients

1 cup BREAKSTONE 'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 cup tomatillo salsa
1 small onion , chopped
2 cloves garlic , minced
2 teaspoons oil
3 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
1 can chopped green chiles , drained
1 1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a Touch of PHILADELPHIA
8 flour tortillas
These creamy chicken enchiladas taste super delicious with their tangy and tart tomatillo salsa flavor, creamy sauce and juicy chicken all wrapped inside soft flour tortillas. This is a classic Mexican dish that comes with plenty of spices and flavors. This dish is also a great way of using up leftover chicken. If you want the dish to be healthier you can also try using brown rice or quinoa instead of tortillas!

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Mix sour cream and salsa in a medium bowl; set aside.
3.In a large skillet, cook onion and garlic in oil until tender.
4.Add chicken and chiles, stirring occasionally until heated through.
5.Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of the cheese.
6.Spoon chicken mixture evenly onto tortillas, rolling up each tortilla and placing seam side down in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
7.Top with the sour cream mixture and remaining cheese.
8.Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
