Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 325°F.

6.Place cake pan in a large roasting pan. Add enough boiling water to come halfway up the side of the cake pan. Bake until the middle of the custard is set, about 50 minutes.
7.Remove cake pan from roasting pan and let cool to room temperature. Chill until set, at least 4 hours or overnight. To unmold, run a paring knife around edges of flan. Invert onto a large plate. Spoon remaining honey over top of flan. Serve with fresh berries or peach, if desired
