Ingredients

1 lb crawfish , shelled
6 -8 ounces garlic butter , any brand
1 -2 ounce white wine
3 -4 ounces Italian dressing ( i use our family recipe italian with parmesam )
2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes , bits
pasta , of choice

Instructions

1.Prepare pasta following instructions on the packaging, drain and set aside.
2.Heat garlic butter in a pan over medium heat until melted.
3.Add the crawfish to the pan and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
4.Pour white wine into the pan, increase the heat to high and let cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
5.Add the Italian dressing and sun-dried tomatoes to the pan and stir well.
6.Let the sauce cook for an additional 2-3 minutes before removing it from the stove.
7.Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and toss well to combine. Serve hot.
