Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
2.In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
3.Add the chopped onion, canned green chili, finely chopped green bell pepper, 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning mix, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
