Ingredients

2 packages fresh cranberries
1 cup cider vinegar
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 inch piece of peeled ginger

Instructions

1.Rinse and sort through cranberries.

4.Remove from heat and discard cinnamon stick and ginger. Let cool at room temperature before serving.
