1 tablespoon Grand Marnier ( or orange liqueur or orange juice )
2 tablespoons custard powder or 2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons milk
1/4 cup butter , softened

Instructions

1.In a small saucepan melt 1/2 cup butter with 3 squares of semi-sweet chocolate over medium-low heat and stir in 2 tbsp granulated sugar and 1 egg until well combined.
2.Mix in 2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup angel flake coconut, 1 tbsp grated orange rind, finely chopped 1/4 cup cranberry sauce with whole berries, and 1 tbsp Grand Marnier or orange liqueur or orange juice.
3.Press into lightly greased 9x9-inch baking dish and chill for about 8-10 minutes until firm.
4.In a medium bowl, mix together 2 tbsp custard powder or 2 tbsp cornstarch, 3 tbsp milk, and 1/4 cup softened butter until well combined.
5.Gradually beat in 2 cups icing sugar and set aside.
6.In a small saucepan melt 4 squares of semi-sweet chocolate with 1 tbsp butter over medium heat until smooth.
7.Spread the custard mixture over the chilled crust and pour melted chocolate mixture over the top.
8.Chill for at least 2 hours or until set and cut into squares.
