Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and fennel seeds.

6.Divide the dough into two equal parts, and place each part onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Pat each part out into a log about 2 inches (5 cm) wide and 3/4 inch (2 cm) thick.
7.Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown, and then remove the logs from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.
8.Use a sharp knife to slice the logs into 1/2 inch (1 cm) slices at a slight angle. Place the slices cut-side down back onto the parchment-lined baking sheets and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until crispy and dry.
9.Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the biscotti while they are still warm. Let cool completely before serving.
