Ingredients

1 red grapefruit
1 tangerine
2 cups fresh cranberries or 2 cups frozen cranberries
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

1.Cut the top and bottom off of the grapefruit and tangerine to create a flat surface.
2.Cut away the peel and white pith of the grapefruit and tangerine, then cut the fruit into small pieces.
3.Place the grapefruit, tangerine, cranberries, ginger, sugar, and lime juice in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped.
4.Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it sit at least 1 hour in the refrigerator before serving.
