Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375F degrees. Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners
2.In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup brown sugar, almonds, oats, cinnamon and butter. Mix well until crumbly.
3.In a large bowl, combine the flour, 1 1/2 cups brown sugar and baking soda.
4.In a separate bowl, beat the egg, yogurt, and oil together. Stir in the diced apples and cranberries.
5.Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, being careful not to over-mix.
6.Fill each muffin tin about 3/4 full with batter.
7.Sprinkle the crumb mixture on top of each muffin.
8.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
