Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180 C.
2.Spread the oatmeal in a single layer on a baking sheet and toast it in the oven for 10 minutes, or until it turns golden brown.
3.In a mixing bowl, whip the double cream, vanilla, and honey until it forms soft peaks.
4.Add two-thirds of the raspberries to a bowl, crush them with a fork, and mix them into the cream and honey mixture.
5.Layer the mixture and remaining raspberries into four glasses or bowls, starting and finishing with the cream mixture.
6.Finally, sprinkle the toasted oatmeal on top of each glass and serve chilled.
