3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

1.In a large saucepan, heat up the milk with the minced hot peppers, bouquet garni, salt, and black pepper, simmering the mixture for five minutes.

5.Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish, and pour in the crabmeat mixture, smoothing it out to make an even layer.
6.Drizzle the dark rum over the top, then bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
