Instructions

1.In a pan, saute garlic, shallot, and shrimp shells in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.

4.Strain the mixture into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
5.In another pan, saute diced bell peppers in butter until tender.
6.Add crab meat, caribbean seasoning, egg yolks, and breadcrumbs to the pan, mixing well.
7.Beat egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
8.Fold egg whites into the crab mixture.
9.Shape the mixture into crab cakes and dust with flour.
10.Fry the crab cakes in a pan with oil until golden brown.
11.Serve with shrimp sauce and garnish with Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce.
