Ingredients

2 cans chickpeas , rinsed , drained
1 can chopped tomatoes

2 zucchini , chopped
1 cup green beans , trimmed , halved
1/2 cup chopped dried fig
2 cups couscous
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon harissa ( optional ) or 1 tablespoon hot sauce , to taste ( optional )
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions
