Instructions

2.Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Then, set aside to rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
3.After 1 hour, knead the dough again for 5 minutes. Then, roll the dough out into a circle.
4.Take a greased baking sheet and place a cup in the center of the sheet. Place the circle dough around the cup.
5.Brush the top of the dough with egg white and decorate with candied fruit and sliced almonds.
6.Place dried beans or a silver coin in the dough. Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes at 375°F.
7.Serve the Couronne De L'Épiphanie warm.
