Ingredients

3 tablespoons oil
500 g cottage cheese , cubed
1 spring onion , washed and chopped
1 clove garlic , peeled and crushed
250 g broccoli , washed and broken into florets
2 teaspoons cornflour
1 cup water
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 maggi vegetable stock cube
1/4 cup chopped pineapple
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon hot chili sauce
1/4 cup blanched almond , cut thinly ( to garnish )

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a large pan and fry cubed cottage cheese till brown on all sides and keep aside.
2.In the same pan, add chopped spring onion and garlic and stir for one minute. Then add broccoli florets and stir for another minute.
3.Mix cornflour in water and pour into the pan. Add red chili powder, Maggi vegetable stock cube, and chopped pineapple. Mix well.
4.Add light soy sauce, hot chili sauce, and stir vigorously. Finally, add previously fried paneer cubes and mix well.
5.Serve hot with almond slices on top.
