Corroboree Curry Hot Pot is a classic Australian dish that hails from the region of Victoria. It is a comforting casserole-style meal that is perfect for cool autumn nights and winter evenings. The name 'corroboree' comes from the indigenous Australian word for a ceremonial gathering, which suggests that this dish may have been served at special occasions. Serve with a fresh green salad and some crusty bread to round out the meal.
