Ingredients

1 medium slightly underripe mango
1 fresh jalapeno , sliced into thin rings
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon salt 1/8 t ground cayenne pepper

Instructions

1.Peel and dice the mango into small pieces
2.Add the mango pieces to a blender and blend until smooth
3.Transfer the mango puree to a bowl
4.Add jalapeno, cilantro, salt and cayenne pepper to the mango puree and mix well
5.Serve chilled
