Instructions

1.In a medium pot, bring water and salt to a boil.
2.Slowly add cornmeal and flour to the pot, whisking constantly to prevent lumps.
3.Reduce heat to low and add skim milk, chopped banana, coconut extract, cinnamon, and Equal sugar substitute. Stir well.
4.Cook porridge for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to desired consistency.
