Instructions

1.Cut 1/2 inch of the top of the capsicums and remove all the seeds inside.
2.Heat the oil in a pan, add ajwain and onion, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is soft.
3.Add corn kernels, salt, and chili powder, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the corn is cooked.
4.In a separate small bowl, mix milk and flour and add it to the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
5.Add grated cheese and stir well.
6.Fill the capsicums with the corn and cheese mixture.
7.Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
