4 medium potatoes , washed , peeled and boiled
1 slice bread , crumbled

1 egg , lightly beaten
oil , to deep fry
1 packet of knorr coating mix

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a pan and roast the corn on the cob until golden brown. Remove the corn from the cob and set aside.

6.Deep fry the cutlets in hot oil until golden brown.
