12 ounces top sirloin steaks
2 teaspoons whole coriander seeds , cracked
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons sake

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

3.Rub the top sirloin steaks with the coriander seeds and sesame oil. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4.Roast the steaks in the preheated oven until they reach an internal temperature of 130 degrees F (54 degrees C) for medium-rare, approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
5.Remove the steaks from the oven and let them rest for approximately 5 minutes. Drizzle the sauce on top of the steaks, and sprinkle with the remaining cilantro. Serve and enjoy!
