1 large fresh fennel bulb , trimmed , cut through core into 1/3-inch-thick slices ( some slices will separate )
6 tablespoons safflower oil , divided
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup coriander
6 corn tostadas
3 cups romaine lettuce , thinly sliced
6 radishes , trimmed , thinly sliced
6 fresh fresh cilantro stems

6.Brush fennel slices with 4 tablespoons safflower oil; sprinkle with salt.
7.Grill fennel until charred in spots and slightly softened, about 15 minutes total.
8.Meanwhile, brush chicken with remaining 2 tablespoons safflower oil; sprinkle with coriander and salt.
9.Grill chicken until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.
10.Place tostadas on plates. Spoon refried beans over.
11.Using slotted spoon, transfer grilled fennel slices to tostadas.
12.Top with chicken, lettuce, radishes, and cilantro.
13.Serve with lime wedges.
