Instructions

1.In a large pot, sauté garlic and onions in margarine until onions are translucent.
2.Add flour and cook for another 2 minutes.
3.Gradually add in chicken broth, half-and-half, condensed cream of chicken soup, and salsa while continuously stirring, making sure that there are no lumps.
4.Add cooked corn, chicken breasts, cumin, fajita seasoning, and cilantro.
5.Cook on low-medium heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6.Crush tortilla chips into small pieces and add them into the soup, stir until all chips are well mixed.
