1 lb boneless pork loin , coarsely ground ( or you can use 1 lb ground chuck and l lb ground pork )
5 carrots , chopped
2 large onions , chopped
1/2 cup rutabaga , chopped ( can substitute turnip )
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

4.Fold the other half of the dough over the mixture and crimp the edges to seal well.
5.Place the pasties on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 1 hour or until golden brown.
