Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a large mixing bowl, mix together the blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cornstarch, and 1/4 cup of sugar until the fruit is completely coated and divided equally among 6 ramekins.
3.In another bowl, cream together the butter and 1/4 cup of sugar. Add in the egg and vanilla, then mix in the cinnamon, nutmeg, flour, baking powder, and salt until everything is combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4.Roll the dough into 6 equally sized balls, then flatten them and place on top of each ramekin filled with the fruit mixture.
5.Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the top of each cobbler.
6.Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the cookie topping is a golden brown.
