Ingredients

1 loaf crusty continental bread
25 ml olive oil
6 slices semi dried tomatoes
3 small lettuce leaves ( coz )
30 g parmesan cheese , grated
4 slices prosciutto

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180°C.
2.Cut loaf lengthways in half and place on a baking tray cut side up.
3.Drizzle olive oil over both halves of bread.
4.Add semi-dried tomatoes and grated parmesan cheese.
5.Place tray in oven and grill for 5-10 minutes or till cheese melts and bread turns golden brown.
6.In a saucepan, fry prosciutto slices over medium heat till crispy.
7.Arrange lettuce leaves on one half of the baked bread and top it with crispy prosciutto slices. Cover this with other half of bread.
8.Cut into 4-5 slices and serve hot.
