Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a large bowl, mix together the white corn, green beans, chopped celery, chopped onion, sour cream, shredded Colby cheese, condensed cream of celery soup, salt, and pepper.
3.In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and then add the slivered almonds, stirring continuously until lightly browned.
4.Mix half of the browned almonds with the vegetable mixture.
5.Pour the entire mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
6.Crush the buttery round crackers and mix with the remaining browned almonds. Sprinkle on top of the vegetable mixture.
7.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
