1 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese , shredded
1/2 cup sour cream
1 egg , slightly beaten

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

10.Bake the casserole for 25 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
