Ingredients

1 package ramen noodles , any flavor ( I prefer the Nong Shim Hot and Spicy noodles from Korea )
2 eggs
1 cup thinly shredded cabbage ( I like the preshredded angel hair cabbage )
1 small onion , thinly sliced
2 sheets nori

Instructions

1.Boil the noodles as per the instructions given on the package, and set aside with the seasoning packet.
2.In a separate pot, boil the two eggs and set them aside. Once cool, peel them and slice them in half lengthways.
3.In a third pot, bring a small amount of water to boil. Once the water is boiling, blanch the shredded cabbage for 30 seconds, and then remove it from the water.

5.Place the drained noodles in a bowl and add the seasoning packet that came with them. Then, add the sliced eggs, cabbage, and sliced onion on top of the noodles.
6.Cut the nori sheets into thin strips and add them to the bowl.
7.Pour hot water into the bowl and stir the ingredients together before eating.
