1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs ( egg and dairy free )
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 cups tomato sauce
Colin's Italian Meatballs are a classic Italian dish made from a blend of ground beef, pork, and veal, along with a variety of herbs and spices. Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, and ground veal.
2.In a separate bowl, whisk the Ener-G Egg Substitute with the soymilk and add it to the meat mixture.
3.Add the gluten-free breadcrumbs, salt, oregano, fresh parsley, garlic powder, and ground pepper to the bowl and mix everything well.
4.Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2-3 inches each.
5.In a non-stick skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat.
6.Once the skillet is hot, place the meatballs in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned on all sides.
7.Once the meatballs are browned, pour the tomato sauce into the skillet and reduce heat to low.
8.Allow the meatballs to simmer in the tomato sauce for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally and flipping the meatballs to ensure they cook evenly.
9.Serve over spaghetti, zoodles, or on their own with some crusty bread.
