Instructions

1.In a medium bowl, whisk together green onions, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 2 teaspoons fish sauce, tamari, brown sugar substitute, and ground pepper.
2.Add pork to marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
3.In a small bowl, whisk together rice wine vinegar, chili paste, remaining sesame oil, and remaining fish sauce.
4.In a separate large bowl, toss together cooked soba noodles, napa cabbage, red bell pepper and the vinegar-chili dressing.
5.Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add pork strips. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until they are fully cooked and browned, stirring occasionally.
6.Spoon the soba noodle salad into bowls and top with pork strips.
