2 3/4 pints Coke or 2 3/4 pints Sprite
4 scoops vanilla ice cream ( see note )

Instructions

1.If your Coke or Sprite is not already chilled, place it in the fridge for a few hours or in the freezer for around 30 minutes (make sure it doesn't freeze).
2.Start by scooping 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream into each of the 2 glasses.
3.Pour the Coke or Sprite over the ice cream, filling each glass to the top.
4.Add another scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of each glass, letting it float on the soda.
5.Serve immediately with a straw and a spoon for scooping out the bubbles and ice cream.
