PROS

Coffee-Azuki Gelatin is a unique and flavorful dessert that satisfies your sweet tooth without being too heavy.

The coffee and anko (sweet red bean paste) flavors blend together perfectly to create a refreshing and unique taste.

This recipe is quick and easy to make, and perfect for entertaining guests or for a weeknight treat.

CONS

The anko in this recipe makes it a high-sugar dessert and should be enjoyed in moderation.

If you’re not a fan of sweet, anko-packed Japanese desserts, you might find the texture and flavor of the gelatin a bit off-putting.

HEALTH & BENEFITS

Despite being a sweet dessert, Coffee-Azuki Gelatin does have some health benefits.
Anko (sweet red bean paste) is a good source of iron, fiber, and protein, and has been linked to improved digestive health.
Coffee, in moderation, has also been linked to numerous health benefits such as improved mental alertness and a reduced risk of liver disease.
However, it’s important to remember that this dessert is still high in sugar and should be enjoyed as an occasional treat.
