Ingredients

2 1/2 cups rice flour
4 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon oil
salt ( a pinch )
2 coconuts , finely grated
4 cups jaggery , grated ( you can use dark brown sugar instead but jaggery is believed to be healthier ! ! )
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 cup raisins , chopped finely

Instructions

1.In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
