Ingredients

405 g condensed milk ( NOT evaporated milk )
340 g desiccated coconut ( coconut flakes , non-sweetened )
340 g icing sugar , sifted ( confectioner 's sugar )
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 -3 drops red food coloring

Instructions

1.Line an 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
3.Add sifted icing sugar and coconut flakes into the bowl and mix thoroughly until fully combined.
4.Divide the mixture evenly into 2 separate bowls. Add a few drops of red food coloring into one of the bowls and mix until the coloring is well combined.
5.Pour the white mixture into the prepared baking pan. Spread evenly using a spatula. Add the pink mixture on top and spread evenly making sure the pink layer covers the white layer completely.
6.Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into small pieces and serving.
