1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
