Instructions

1.In a blender, puree the basil, coriander, green chilies, ginger, garlic and 125 ml of coconut milk until smooth.

4.Pour 500 ml water into the pot and bring to a boil.
5.Reduce heat to a simmer and add the green bean, snow peas, salt and pepper, and the pureed mixture from the blender.
6.Simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice or noodle.
