1 orange , juiced and rind grated

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 325 F.
2.Combine flour with salt and pepper to taste. Use to coat blade steaks.
3.Heat drippings in an oven-safe frying pan over medium-high heat. Add steak and brown both sides.
4.Remove steak from pan. Add onions and carrots to the same pan, sauté for a few minutes, and set aside.
5.Add cider and beef stock cube to pan, stir until dissolved. Add grated rind and squeezed juice of orange.
