1 1/4 cups couscous
1 1/4 cups warm water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons butter , cut into small pieces

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix the couscous, salt, olive oil and warm water together. The couscous should be moistened with water, but not soaking in it
2.Stir the butter into the couscous in pieces
3.Cover the bowl with cling film and let it sit for 10 minutes
4.After 10 minutes, fluff the couscous using a fork.
