Instructions

1.In a skillet, toast the cardamom seeds, black pepper, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and fennel seeds over low heat, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
2.Transfer the toasted spices to a spice grinder or mortar and pestle and grind into a fine powder.
3.Mix in saffron threads and dried pomegranate powder until well combined.
