Irish soda bread is a traditional quick bread made without yeast. The bread gets its rise from the chemical reaction of the buttermilk and baking soda. Claire Fisk's version of Irish soda bread includes raisins for sweetness and caraway seeds for flavor. This bread is perfect for those who want to bake something quick and easy but still delicious. It pairs well with a variety of toppings and can be served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Just be sure to make enough, as it tends to disappear quickly!
