2 red grapefruits , I prefer Ruby Reds
2 white grapefruits
2 navel oranges
2 tangerines

Instructions

3.Slice the grapefruits, oranges, and tangerines into thin rounds. Remove any seeds.
4.Layer the citrus slices in a 9x5 inch loaf pan, alternating between colors to create a vibrant effect. Pour the cooled gelatin mixture over the citrus slices in the pan.
5.Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until the gelatin is set.
6.When ready to serve, dip the bottom of the loaf pan in hot water for a few seconds to loosen the terrine, then invert onto a plate to release the terrine.
7.Slice and serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
