Ingredients

1 lb top sirloin steak
1 teaspoon salt , divided
1 teaspoon pepper , divided
1 grapefruit
1 orange
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 small clove garlic , minced
1 teaspoon ginger , seasoning paste
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup 100 % pure canola oil
1 package organic Baby Spinach
1/2 large pomegranate , seeds only

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to high heat.
2.Season beef steak with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper each side.
3.Grill beef for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness, let rest for 5 minutes.
4.Cut citrus fruits in cross-section slices and set aside.
5.In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining salt, pepper, white wine vinegar, minced garlic, seasoning paste, Dijon mustard, honey, and canola oil until well-combined.
6.In a large mixing bowl, toss Baby Spinach, citrus slices, and pomegranate seeds.
7.Add the beef steak on top and pour the dressing over the salad. Serve immediately.
