Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.

11.Place the other dough disc on top of the crumble mixture and trim the edges.
12.Use a fork to crimp the edges of the dough together.
13.Use a sharp knife to cut several slits in the top of the dough to allow steam to escape.
14.Bake the pie for 1 hour or until golden brown and crispy.
15.Let the pie cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
