Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 375F.
2.Slice the challah into 1 inch thick slices and then into cubes.

4.Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
5.Dip the cubed challah into the egg mixture and toss to coat.
6.Place the coated cubes into the skillet with melted butter and cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
7.Transfer the croutons to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for another 5 minutes.
8.Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
