Ingredients

1 loaf Italian bread , torn into bite sized pieces
8 large eggs
1 cup milk ( or Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk )
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins ( optional )
1 medium apple , finely chopped ( I used Granny Smith )
1/4 cup butter , melted
1 dash salt
1/4 cup butter , melted
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

8.In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and chopped pecans. Mix together until crumbly and sprinkle over the top of the bread mixture.
9.Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
