Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.

10.Combine the confectioner's sugar, neufchatel cheese, 3 tablespoons of butter, nonfat milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth. Top each cinnamon roll with the frosting before serving.
