Instructions

6.Leave the dough in a warm place to rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
7.Knead the dough briefly, cut it into two pieces, and shape each piece into a long rectangular shape about 2 inches thick.
8.Place the loaves on a floured baking sheet and let them rest for 30 minutes.
9.Preheat the oven to 425°F/220°C and place a pan of water on the bottom shelf of the oven to create steam.
10.Place the loaves in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
