2 quarts vegetable oil for frying
1 cup water
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1/4 cup white sugar

Instructions

4.Remove the pot from the heat and beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing until well combined.
5.Transfer the dough into a piping bag with a star tip.
6.Pipe dough strips into hot oil, fry until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes.
7.Combine cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and roll the fried churros in the mixture to coat evenly.
